At Eco Decor, every personalized ornament is handcrafted in our family workshop in Lappeenranta, Finland. We are proud to bring meaningful, one-of-a-kind keepsakes to homes across the United States.
1. Processing & Production
Every ornament is made to order and personalized especially for you.
Our standard production time is typically 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed and all required personalization details are received.
Business days exclude weekends and Finnish public holidays. Production may take longer during busy holiday periods.
Production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $75 or more. Shipping charges for smaller orders are displayed at checkout.
Our ornaments are handcrafted in Finland and transported to the United States using international shipping services, including UPS express shipping.
Estimated UPS international transit time is approximately 5 business days, depending on the service and destination.
This estimate does not include production time, any waiting time before international dispatch, customs delays, or additional domestic delivery time if an order is routed through a U.S. fulfillment location.
Available shipping and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.
3. International Shipping & Customs
To make international shipping more efficient, we may combine individually packaged customer orders into larger international shipments from Finland to the United States.
Shipments may undergo U.S. customs clearance, inspections, or additional processing, which can occasionally extend delivery times.
We carefully monitor our international shipments and will keep customers informed when customs-related delays affect their orders.
Any duties, import taxes, or customs processing fees payable by the customer will be disclosed before checkout is completed.
4. Shipping Delays
We make every reasonable effort to meet our promised shipping schedule.
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs processing, international transportation, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable U.S. consumer protection law, including the opportunity to accept a revised shipping timeframe or cancel the order for a full refund where required.
Customs-related delays do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided when available.
For orders traveling in consolidated international shipments, individual tracking may become available only during the final delivery stage.

6. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package every ornament before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, has a personalization error caused by us, or appears to be lost, please contact info@ecogiftit.com.
Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful when available.
We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Additional redelivery charges may apply to customer-provided address errors where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
7. Personalized Products & Contact
Because our ornaments are individually personalized, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.
This does not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or delayed orders.
